Glazed faience bowl (jardinière) of a squat, hemispherical silhouette. The scalloped, undulating rim is designed in the form of a dense wreath of forget-me-not flowers. The body is decorated with an expressive applied relief of dimensional blue forget-me-not blossoms with pierced details. The composition is framed by large raised tree branches with leaves that entwine the vessel's body. In the spaces between the branches, there is a polychrome painted composition featuring a pastoral landscape that depicts a castle against a backdrop of ruins. The interior well of the bowl is decorated with a painted bouquet of blooming forget-me-nots. The base is decorated with large, molded oak leaves with rounded projections that serve as feet.
