Ceramic bonbonniere of round form with a removable lid. The lid is adorned with a raised, cross-shaped ribbon tied in a full bow at the center. The ribbon is decorated with a geometric pattern in the form of a diagonal treillage grid and a zigzag ornament, executed in a terracotta-orange palette with gilding. The molded decoration divides the surface of the lid into four symmetrical sectors filled with polychrome painting against a pristine white background, depicting birds in flight and on branches, surrounded by stylized shoots with buds.
