The image is enclosed in wide gold frame decorated with foliate scrolls on stippled field, set between double borders: one of blue enamel and another with the raised regular ornament.

The side panels feature inlays with polished gold wavy pattern against engine-turned (guilloché) field, enclosed in smooth, raised-ornament, and blue enamel frames. The bottom panel features engine-turned field bordered by wide band with leafy ornament on stippled field and blue enamel frame. The rounded vertical edges are decorated with ornament in the form of branch with blue enamel leaves against stippled field.
