Gramophone is mounted in a rectangular, tabletop wooden case finished in light lacquer. Visually, the facade of the case is divided into four tiers and decorated with a shaped finial with three windows. On the upper tier, there is a circular outlet of the built-in gramophone horn, which is enclosed by two doors with rectangular, wavy, light-yellow glass panels. The automaton is activated by dropping a coin into the coin slot located on the right side of the gramophone case. The second tier from the bottom is enclosed by a wooden panel featuring a socket for the winding crank and a brass nameplate with the gramophone model name.
