The automaton is housed in ash veneered wooden case, featuring a glass front panel enclosed in goldish moulding frame with braided trim along the inner perimeter. The interior scene with light gray moiré-patterned walls and ceiling, featuring dark brown paneled wooden door on the back wall and checkered floor with white, black, and blue tiles is bihind the glass. A slender male figure dressed as the 16th-century Spanish aristocrat, featuring fine mustache and contoured beard, large earrings, in silk stockings and heeled shoe is positioned on the right side of the stage.
