The automaton represents a figure of a lady standing in front of her dressing table. The shaped tabletop, covered with light fabric and decorated with relief embroidery, is fixed to rectangular wooden case enclosing the musical mechanism. Winding hole is to the left of the pink-painted case, positioned next to a pull-out start button. The table, raised on four tall turned legs, is covered with fine white fabric trimmed along the bottom edge with lace.
