    Oval-shaped gold snuffbox with a hinged lid. The body and the walls are decorated with oval miniatures featuring narrative scenes in the "Turkish" style (turquerie). The lid features a scene of a boar hunt on horseback; the body features two miniatures depicting a man leading a horse by its bridle and two miniatures depicting a couple; the base features an image of a man seated at a table surrounded by musicians. The miniatures on the body are enclosed in frames shaped as stylized lictor’s fasces intertwined with ribbons; the spaces between them are filled with depictions of trophies. On the lid and the base, the miniatures are enclosed by frames with a floral and geometric pattern, featuring inserts in the form of trophies, a masqueron, and a floral garland.
